Once you book, your booking request will be reviewed by the venue. They will either accept or deny your request within a maximum time of 48 hours (or less if booking within 48 hours). Once the venue accepts your request, the booking is then considered FINAL and your deposit will be non-refundable. You will be obligated to pay the remaining balance to the venue as per their payment schedule. If however the venue has not accepted your request, you can cancel the request until that time without penalty.

Payment Schedule

Customer will be responsible for paying the remainder (total amount minus the initial deposit) directly to the vendor as for their payment schedule prior to event date. This does not include the payment for the refundable security deposit (if applicable).
